Specialising in Siemens TIA. Projects range from simple I/O to fully automated process lines and distributed I/O systems.
HMI/ SCADA
Machine visualisation and control including alarms, diagnostics, data acquisition and trending to cope with increasingly complex processes.
Safety
Working to relevant electrical design regulations and safety standards. Including IEC61508, IEC62061, ISO13849.
Motion
Along with Servo's and VFD’s, applications range from positioning, conveyors and complex high accuracy synchronized systems.
Fieldbus
Communication to field devices via various variants including Profinet, I/O Link, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, USS, AS-I.
Vision & Inspection
Measuring critical dimensions on the fly including tracking and rectifying misalignments, detection of incomplete and damaged products.
PID
Continuous process control loop mechanisms employing feedback to regulate temperature, flow, pressure and other process variables.
IIoT
Combining IT and OT to provide greater system integration of automation and optimization. Including OPC-UA, MQTT, MySQL & Node RED.
Electrical
Using SEE Electrical Design and without bias to particular supplier, projects range from small starter panels to large process control applications.
