Automation Controls Specialists
Providing a full ‘turn-key’ service in the design and development of PLC control systems for special purpose plant and equipment for advanced high technology industries.
Projects range from simple automatic systems to fully automated process lines.
What we do
Covering all elements of the control systems design process, from specification and hardware design, writing PLC software, through to commissioning, documentation and long term support.
PLC Systems
Specialising in Siemens TIA. Projects range from simple I/O to fully automated process lines and distributed I/O systems.
HMI/ SCADA
Machine visualisation and control including alarms, diagnostics, data acquisition and trending to cope with increasingly complex processes.
Safety
Working to relevant electrical design regulations and safety standards. Including BS EN 60204, BS EN ISO 13849 and IEC 62061.
Motion
Along with VFD’s, applications range from positioning and specific velocity, conveyors and complex, high accuracy synchronized systems.
Fieldbus
Communication to field devices via various variants including Profinet, Profibus, I/O Link, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, USS, AS-I.
Vision & Inspection
Measuring critical dimensions on the fly including tracking and rectifying misalignments, detection of incomplete and damaged products.
PID
Continuous process control loop mechanisms employing feedback to regulate temperature, flow, pressure and other process variables.
IIoT
Combining IT and OT to provide greater system integration of automation and optimization. Including OPC-UA, MQTT, MySQL & Node RED.
Electrical
Using SEE Electrical Design and without bias to particular supplier, projects range from small starter panels to large process control applications.
We’re Here To Help
Collaborating with your mechanical engineers and technicians from various departments and outside industries, we can help. Whether assembly lines, automating your material handling or to simply assist with modifications to existing systems.
Our Philosophy
Key to development of a new process, particularly when only a concept exists, is design ‘feasibility’. It provides a means of establishing the projects complexity, cost, and timescale,
From insights from real-world examples of successfully implemented solutions and challenges we’ve encountered, enable us to advise on the dos and the don’ts.
Partners
Another key aspect of our philosophy is to form partnerships so as to provide the widest possible range of professional competence. Working with established and trusted partners, together we can deliver every part of your industrial automation project.
